The QuraDea Colostrum Kefir product is a further development of the cow colostrum special, which for many years got fermented with a yogurt culture.
In comparison the microflora of the kefir is much more extensive and is composed of various lactic acid bacteria, yeasts and acetic acid bacteria. Together they consitute a very special symbiosis which originally comes from the northern Caucasus. According to the legend the mountain people received it from the prophet as a symbol of immortality.
Due to the slow fermentation during 48 hours, the lactose is partially broken down and the casein coagulates very finely. Thanks to this 'predigestion' by the kefir, a particularly easily digestible food is obtained, in which the milk proteins have been partially split into peptides and free amino acids and which is enriched with lactic acid bacteria.
