1. Shipping
costs worldwide - excl. USA - are calculated on the basis of the weight of the ordered products. The orders get shipped by FedEx International Economy. Orders from the USA and Canada are possible again if you order for more than 200 Swiss francs.
2. Shipping
costs for the United Kingdom are also calculated on the basis of the weight of the ordered products. The orders are shipped by Swiss Post International:
- 21 CHF up to 0.5 kg (reg. priority airmail)
- 27 CHF up to 1 kg (reg. priority airmail)
- 34 CHF up to 2 kg (reg. priority airmail)
- all orders will always be shipped as a registered parcel with a tracking ID.
3. Customers in Switzerland and Lichtenstein are served directly from our production site.
4. Customers in the European Union recieve their orders from a warehouse in Germany. They get shipped by DHL as registered parcels. The table below provides information on the country-specific shipping costs.
